Darby LaShai Latham is the Chief Operations Officer for Vector Communications Corporation, where she has worked for almost a decade advising the President and guiding communications and engagement on government, transportation, business, and human service projects. She has been working collectively to create equitable opportunities and access in the City of St. Louis through enhancing community relations and raising awareness. In addition, she has held various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Project Management with Citibank and My Pink Purse in her professional career. Darby holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology Management from Saint Louis University and a JavaScript certification from LaunchCode.  

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Darby has a love for community and art. She is a board member of the Saint Louis Art Fair, a non-for-profit that serves the community through the education, exhibition, and sale, of a broad array of visual and performing arts experiences. There, she serves as Chair of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) task force. She serves as a board member and secretary to Angels Within Foundation, a community-based development nonprofit enhancing economic opportunity in the O’Fallon neighborhood. Ms. Latham also serves on the Fairground For All nonprofit, a community-based effort to revitalize Fairground Park. Additionally, she is an advocate for seniors, universal accessibility and mental health. Darby is certified by the State of Missouri as a Med Level I Aide and often collaborates with architects to leverage universal design. Darby resides in the City of St. Louis and enjoys dance, design, puzzles, travel and spending time with her poodle Dinero in her leisure time.
