Jessica
Perkins, co-founder of Vector Communications, has over fifteen years
of corporate financial planning, marketing and sales experience and
eight years of public policy analysis, public affairs training and
organizational development experience. Prior to co-creating Vector
Communications, Jessica was the sole owner of Out-of-the-Box Thinking,
a strategic planning and organizational development consulting firm.
She was also the Program Director of Coro’s Women in Leadership
program in St. Louis, Missouri from 1994 to 1996.
At Vector Communications, Jessica serves as
the principal responsible for public engagement development, meeting
management processes and community planning. She is a skilled facilitator
who designs small and large group meeting processes with the purpose
of yielding valuable information in a non-threatening and inclusive
manner. At present, Jessica is completing her Ph.D. at St. Louis University.
Her dissertation topic is an empirical analysis of the effectiveness
of various collaborative structures and processes.
Jessica currently serves on the board of directors of Vision for Children
at Risk and Springboard to Learning. She received her undergraduate
degree in marketing and psychology from Lindenwood College and her
Masters in Business from the University of Wisconsin. |
